Last week students visited the Commonwealth Museum where they learned about the role Massachusetts had in the creation of our country. Students took part in a reenactment of the trial of the British soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre.
Students also experienced five different interactive learning galleries led by college interns. These were:
- Native American and Puritans (the 1600s),
- Revolutionary (1700s), Constitution (1780-1820)
- Reformers (Civil Rights 1890-1920s)
- Treasure's Gallery which holds rare historical documents
